Job Description

As a Helpdesk Support Executive at E-MAINTENANCE SDN. BHD., you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective technical support to our clients. This full-time role is based in Kelana Jaya, Selangor and will involve handling a range of IT-related queries and issues in a timely manner.

What you’ll be doing

  • Responding to and resolving incoming support requests from clients via phone or email
  • Escalating issues to the appropriate technical team for further investigation and resolution
