Required Candidate
Profile:Substantial experience in interacting with customers at all levels
Analytical, troubleshooting and PC skills (Win 7/Win XP, MS Office suite, Email, etc.) necessary
Basic knowledge and experience in – Network, Operating system, PC/Laptop/Printer troubleshooting
Customer service awareness and skills are must
Excellent communication and inter personal skills necessary
Mature, professional attitude with strong work ethics required
Attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Language Skills:
Good command in English & Arabic (Both writing & speaking) mandatory
Professional Qualification:
University Graduates specialised in IT
Experience: 1 to 2 years
