RAFTECH NIAGA SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Helpdesk Support Specialist / Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional technical and customer support through calls, chats, and emails. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with technical issues and inquiries
Provide support via phone, chat, and email
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate records and follow up as needed
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Professional work ethic and reliability
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
