Help Desk Technician (Onsite – Topeka, KS)
We are seeking a motivated Help Desk Technician to join a dynamic IT support team in an onsite role based in Topeka, KS. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career IT professional with hands-on experience who is looking to grow within a large, structured environment.
Key Responsibilities

+ Provide end-user technical support via in-person, phone, and remote channels

+ Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software

+ Image, deploy, and redeploy desktop and laptop devices

+ Maintain accurate hardware/software inventory and asset records

+ Support local area networks (LAN), Wi-Fi connectivity, and communication systems

+ Assist with setup and support of audio/visual equipment for meetings

+ Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
