Our IT Department is looking for a Helpdesk Trainee to be based in Santa Maria da Feira (Portugal).
The Helpdesk Trainee role is to support users on all of our IT systems.
The Main missions:
Provide IT support in various domains (collaborative tools; access to applications; Email; security applications, etc.) to colleagues working in different countries;
Recording occurrences in order to maintain control on the quality of support;
Collaborate in functional support tasks to applications in various domains such as purchasing, finance, IT, sales or production;
Managing accesses to various applications;
