Job Description

• The Apartment Helper provides support to the property management team by assisting with the cleaning and maintenance of apartment units and common areas.
• Assisting residents with minor maintenance requests (e.g., replacing light bulbs, unclogging drains).
• Assisting with move-in/move-out processes, including helping residents transport belongings.
• Maintaining cleanliness of common areas.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents of diverse backgrounds.
