Responsibilities

• A Helper supports skilled workers in completing tasks efficiently by performing basic duties that require physical effort and initiative. They assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment while ensuring that work processes run smoothly.
• Physical Fitness: Must be able to perform manual labor, including lifting, carrying, and standing for long periods.
• Basic Knowledge of Tools and Equipment: Familiarity with simple hand tools and machinery is often preferred, although training may be provided.
• Ability to Follow Instructions: Should be able to understand and follow verbal or written instructions from supervisors or skilled workers.
