• Helper assists in daily operational tasks by supporting various departments, handling materials, cleaning, organizing work areas, and performing basic manual tasks to ensure smooth workflow.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not required).

Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to follow instructions and learn on the job.
