Helper Mechanic

Helper Engine Mechanic assists experienced mechanics with vehicle maintenance and repair, performing basic tasks like oil changes, cleaning tools, organizing parts, and supporting complex engine work under supervision, learning to diagnose faults and eventually handle more advanced repairs as they gain experience.

• Assist Mechanics: Support journeymen mechanics with inspections, repairs (brakes, engines, electrical), and part replacement.
• Routine Maintenance: Perform oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and lubrication tasks.
• Tool & Area Management: Clean, organize tools, equipment, and the overall work area for efficiency and safety.
• Parts Handling: Disassemble, reassemble, and move vehicle components and parts.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines.
