  Job Description 
 Successful applicants will be answering calls and providing support and psychoeducation to the public on Gambling, Substance and Behavioural addiction. Para-Counsellors should be able to triage, assess and provide resources according to client’s needs. The goal is to ensure that the callers are given the right direction pertaining to their concerns.
 
  Responsibilities  
 Handle queries via phone and webchat
 To be able to educate callers on the service provided
 Providing brief-intervention for their concerns
 Managing distress calls
 Motivating and Supporting clients towards change
 Appointment scheduling
 Part-take in projects
 Identify callers at risk and provide appropriate intervention
 Accessing client’s concern before referring them to the relevant resources
