Assignment Length: Ongoing coverage need Start Date: As soon as credentialed Openings: 1 Reason for Coverage: Long-term permanent search Practice Setting: Outpatient coverage Average 10-12 PPD Practice includes 1 Physician and 1 APP Schedule: 4 days per week, 8:00a-5:00p No weekends or call required Patient Population: Adult, Geriatric EMR: EPIC Credentialing: 60-90 days Requirements: Active New Hampshire licensure Board certification AHA BLS certification Minimum 1-year Hematology/Oncology experience or equivalent Job Responsibilities (Generalized): Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Order and interpret diagnostic tests Prescribe medications and manage chronic conditions Provide patient education and counseling on healthy lifestyle choices.
