 Start Date: ASAP 
 End Date: 12/31/2026 
 Schedule: Full Time, 9am-5pm 
 Min # Shifts Required: 4 weeks 
Clinical Details
 EMR: EPIC 
 Practice Settings: Outpatient 
 Patients Per Shift: 16 
 Beds: 16 
 Support Staff: 10 RNs, 5 MAs 
Requirements
 Board Certified 
 Licensed in WA or IMLC 
 BLS 
 DEA 
 Heme onc experience 
 Cellular Therapy experience - Preferred
