Hematology/Oncology Physician

Location: Cooperstown, New York
Start Date: December 27, 2025
End Date: Ongoing (until permanent hire is made)
Schedule: 40 hours per week Outpatient only

Position Details

• Outpatient clinic setting
• Team: 1 MD + 1 NP onsite, with nursing support
• Patient Load: patients/day (varies by case mix)
• Case Mix: 80% Oncology / 20% Hematology
• Hematology Scope: Benign & malignant
• Procedures: Bone marrow procedures a plus (most handled by IR)
• EMR: EPIC

Candidate Requirements

• Active New York medical license (required at time of submission)
• Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
• Immunization record required
• No temporary privileges available
• Credentialing timeline: 120 days
