Job Description

                    Start date: 8/3 - ongoing 
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM 
Preference: Highly prefers full-time; flexible if close to full-time 
Unit/Setting: primary Outpatient Clinic with occasional inpatient consults 
Treatments: Chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, hormone therapy 
Volume: 18-20 patients/day; 15 infusion chairs 
Charting: Epic 
Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience, Board Eligible or Board Certified, Active New York license
