Work Dates Needed: 6/1/2026 - 9/1/2026 
Preferred Schedule: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only, Monday-Friday 8A -5P 
Worksite Setting: Outpatient, Bed In Department: 13 chemo and 8 exam 
Scope of Work: Internal Medicine - Hematology and Oncology, Patients Per Shift: 25 
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active CA State License, Board Certified in both Hematology and Oncology, BLS 
EMR: Varian for Clinic / Cerner Hospital
