HEOR & Access Lead — Colombia Market Access

Eli Lilly is seeking a strategic HEOR & Access Manager in Bogotá, Colombia, to develop and execute health economics strategies ensuring patient access to our portfolio. Responsibilities include designing HEOR strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and engaging stakeholders to overcome access barriers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in HEOR within oncology or specialty care, along with a Bachelor's degree in a related field and fluency in English and Spanish.
