Hexagon is seeking an accounting-focused leader for the position of Accounting Manager based in Calgary. This role emphasizes accuracy in financial reporting and driving improvements within finance operations.
As an Accounting Manager, you’ll play an essential role in financial reporting and the oversight of treasury functions. You’ll provide mentorship to junior staff, ensuring compliance with IFRS and company policies while continuously assessing opportunities for process enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support month-end close and financial reporting processes
• Prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations
• Maintain fixed asset records and compliance
• Lead treasury activities and monitor cash flow
• Assist with audits and regulatory reporting requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
