HGV Class 1 Driver

Overview

The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Crawley area. We are looking for multiple HGV Drivers to join the team.

Hours : Monday to Sunday - up to 5/6 shifts a week (weekends included) on a rota basis.

Pay Rate:

• Days - £19.00 per hour PAYE.
• Nights - £20.50 per hour PAYE.

Location : Unit 2, Indurent Park, Barbour Drive, Copthorne, Crawley, RH10 3JY.

Job Type : Ongoing with an opportunity for permanent for the right candidate.

The role

• Securely moving and transporting palletised parcels to couriers or collecting them from delivery units.
• Handling runs, focusing on safe driving and maintaining accurate paperwork.
• Drivers may be required to assist with loading and unloading of the vehicle using a tail lift and pump truck.
