HGV Driver Trainer — Flexible Hours & Impactful Training

Biffa plc in Greater London is seeking a Driver Trainer (LGV/HGV) to support daily Depot operations by ensuring drivers are well-trained. The role involves recruitment, ongoing training, record management, and performance assessments, making sure safety and compliance are maintained at all times.

Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of HGV driving experience, a valid Class 2 HGV Licence, and up-to-date CPC Training. Your ability to analyse driving data and conduct effective training sessions will be key to success.
