HGV Workshop Technician

They are seeking an experienced HGV Workshop Technician / Fleet Maintenance Engineer to join their busy operation. You will be responsible for the maintenance and inspection of a fleet of HGV trailers and vehicles, ensuring all work meets legal standards and vehicles remain safe and reliable for daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and service HGV vehicles to required safety standards.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults efficiently.
• Source and order replacement parts as needed.
• Respond to vehicle breakdowns and carry out repairs promptly.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
• Conduct routine servicing, including brakes, gearbox, and clutch.
