Class 2 Removals Driver (Temp to Perm)

Location: Hemel Hempstead
Pay: £15.58 per hour
Start Time: 07:30am
Days: Monday to Friday

I am recruiting on behalf of my client, a well-established removals company based in Hemel Hempstead, who are looking for a Class 2 Driver to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis.

This role is hands-on and physical – the most important part of the job is being happy to load, unload and move furniture as part of a supportive team. Driving duties are secondary, with a maximum of 2 removals per day (most commonly 1), mainly within Hertfordshire.

Key Responsibilities:

Driving Class 2 vehicles (mix of manual and automatic)

Loading and unloading furniture and household goods

Working as part of a team to complete removals efficiently

Ensuring customer belongings are handled with care

Completing paperwork and communicating with customers
