Job Description Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical Float Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Medical/Surgical Float RN. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population across various medical and surgical units. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, possess strong clinical skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. As a Float RN, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
