High-Performance Compute Infrastructure Support Specialist

We are seeking a technically capable and hands-on engineer to support and maintain the physical computing platform that powers a large-scale high-performance compute environment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, deployment, and upkeep of critical hardware components that underpin advanced computational workloads.

You'll work closely with internal technology teams and external vendors to install, maintain, and troubleshoot devices such as servers, network switches, storage systems, and cabling infrastructure. This position focuses on the
physical and logistical aspect
s of high-throughput computing hardware rather than software development.

This is a challenging environment where uptime and quality of execution are crucial. As such, flexibility around occasional out-of-hours work for urgent maintenance, deployments, or upgrades is expected.
