High Performance Development Manager - Otago Rugby Football Union

The Otago Rugby Football Union (ORFU), in partnership with New Zealand Rugby, is seeking a suitably experienced and qualified person to manage the ORFU’s High Performance Player Development programme. This full-time role, based in Dunedin, will be responsible for leading the Union’s Player Development strategy and overseeing the identification, development and retention of talented players. This includes fostering productive relationships with players and parents and setting goals with players that focus on New Zealand Rugby’s Six Pillar Development Model. The successful applicant will lead the Union’s Men’s Academy programme while overseeing the Women’s Academy Manager.
