Overview

We’re hiring a High Quality Supervisor (Delegation Specialist VA) to ensure top-tier performance, consistency, and delegation excellence across assigned assistants and client accounts. This role serves as the bridge between Operations and Enablement, combining quality supervision with advanced delegation strategies — ensuring that assistants are effectively utilized, clients experience seamless task ownership, and delegation maturity increases across the portfolio.

Salary: ₱40,000 - ₱60,000 a month

• Supervise and mentor a portfolio of high-performing virtual assistants, driving quality, accountability, and consistency in client delivery.
