Job Description
Lead planning and development efforts for high-density residential projects. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to navigate approvals and ensure project milestones are achieved.
In this role as a High-Rise Development Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of mixed-use residential developments. Your responsibilities include leading teams, engaging with stakeholders for required approvals, and assisting in budgeting and tracking processes. You'll play a crucial role in conducting feasibility analyses to evaluate new site opportunities, ensuring each project meets its development goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead teams in executing project submissions
• Liaise with stakeholders to obtain building permits
• Assist in tracking project budgets and processes
• Conduct feasibility analysis for new development
• Carry out additional tasks as required
