Key Responsibilities:

Educational Leadership & Teaching:
Provide visionary leadership to develop and implement educational goals and objectives in the high school.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and academic excellence.

Ensure alignment with curriculum standards (Waldorf, BTEC and IB) and educational best practices.

Will teach equivalent of 4 lessons a day or will dedicate 50% of time teaching 2-3 class subjects.
