High Voltage Contracts Manager

The HV Contracts Manager will lead and grow the HV business in Aberdeen, managing project delivery, client relationships, and ensuring a continuous pipeline of work while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HV operations and ensure compliance with safety and company standards
• Define project scope, allocate resources, and implement controls
• Identify and develop HV business opportunities, prepare quotations, and deliver tenders
• Set goals, coach staff, and support the Operations Manager
• Strong HV engineering knowledge and commercial acumen
• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing an engineering business
• Higher qualification in Electrical Engineering desirable
• IOSH / SMSTS or equivalent H&S qualification
