High Voltage Electrical Commissioning Specialist (HV Switcher / Energy Marshal)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced High Voltage Electrical Commissioning Specialist, approved as a High Voltage Switcher (Energy Marshal), to support a major data centre construction project in Mumbai, India.

This role will play a critical part in ensuring the safe energisation, commissioning, and operational readiness of high voltage electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee high voltage (HV) switching operations in line with approved procedures and safety standards
• Act as the designated Energy Marshal / Authorised HV Switcher for site operations
• Support and lead HV commissioning activities, including testing, energisation, and system integration
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety rules, isolation procedures, and permit systems
