Highway Design Engineer

About the role

Phil Jac Inc. is seeking an experienced Highway Design Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in roadway and highway design, excellent technical proficiency, and hands‑on experience with relevant national standards and design software. This role will involve producing high-quality engineering plans, coordinating with multi‑disciplinary teams, and ensuring that all designs comply with Philippine standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed highway and roadway designs, including horizontal and vertical alignments, cross sections, grading, and drainage layouts.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, plans, and design reports.
• Ensure all designs comply with AASHTO and DPWH standards, guidelines, and specifications.
• Utilize Autodesk Civil 3D for modeling, analysis, and preparation of design deliverables.
