Highway Maintenance Operative - HGV Driver

FM Conway is currently recruiting for a Highway Maintenance Operative - HGV Driver to join our dynamic Transport for London division. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in both reactive and planned highway maintenance, contributing to the safe and efficient operation of London’s road network as part of the Transport for London Highway Maintenance and Projects Framework. This is afull-time, permanent position based at ourBeddington Lane office in Croydon, South London.

The duties of the Highway Maintenance Operative - HGV Driver will include:

-Carrying out a wide range of on-site maintenance tasks, including reinstating paving slabs, repairing asphalt surfaces, installing or replacing kerbstones, and fixing damaged signs, bollards, guardrails, and other street assets

-Meeting productivity targets and quality benchmarks in line with FM Conway and TfL expectations
