Lead essential highway maintenance efforts with Ledcor Highways Ltd. This supervisory role emphasizes strong leadership and effective communication in a hands-on environment.
As a Highway Maintenance Supervisor with Ledcor, you will work closely with the Foreperson while providing guidance for the crew. Your extensive knowledge of heavy equipment operations and safety will be critical for daily tasks and overall crew performance. You will also conduct road condition inspections to ensure public safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in daily tasks like safety meetings and inspections
• Support planning and execution of maintenance tasks
