Job Description
Lead your team in highway maintenance and ensure operational excellence as a Team Leader. Utilize your leadership experience in a safety-focused environment to make a real difference.
As a key contributor in this role, you will assist in daily operations, including inspections and quality monitoring. You will also support the Foreperson in meeting contractual work milestones and ensuring that safety measures are consistently followed. Your strong communication skills will facilitate smooth operations and reinforce team unity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in organizing safety toolbox meetings
• Help plan work schedules with the Foreperson
• Monitor and review crew work quality
• Operate heavy equipment on-site as needed
• Address environmental and safety issues proactively
Requirements:
• Valid Class 1 or 3 driver’s license with air endorsement
• Supervisory experience in highway maintenance required
