Manage projects from start to finish—owning scope, schedule, and budget Develop project plans, including Project Management Plans and QA/QC processes Build and maintain project schedules and track progress Coordinate with internal teams and subconsultants to deliver high-quality outcomes Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies Manage change orders, task proposals, and project documentation Communicate key updates and project status to stakeholders Prepare progress reports, review invoices, and lead client presentations Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure successful project delivery Understand client goals and tailor execution to meet expectations Participate in project financial reviews and internal reporting Assist leadership with proposal efforts, including Go/No-Go decisions and interviews Support marketing initiatives and help identify new opportunities Collaborate with office leadership on strategic ...
