• Timely and accurately review Hindi text, audio, and other forms of content following specified operating procedures and standards.
• Content Moderation:
• Collect, organize, and summarize user-generated inappropriate content from the Hindi-speaking region, optimizing moderation standards.
• User Feedback and Collaboration:
• Gather feedback from Hindi-speaking game users, collaborate effectively with customer service and public relations teams, and continuously improve the game’s social environment.
• User Support:
• Address daily inquiries and issues faced by Hindi-speaking users online, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to player queries and overall player satisfaction.
