We are seeking a new team member to join our established practice. This in-office role focuses on processing and client management, not business development.

Responsibilities:

• Service Clients that are Provided to you
• Assess Clients' Financial Situations, including Credit History, Assets, and Income, to Understand their needs and Determine Appropriate Mortgage Options
• Compare Loan Products and Negotiate with Lenders to Secure the most Suitable Mortgage Rates, Terms, and Conditions
• Guide Clients through the Application Process and Collect all necessary Financial Documentation
