This is an integral role in our Medical Aesthetic/Plastic Surgery Clinic that will lead our team of providers and ensure an exceptional experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead, Support and Oversee the Service Providers to ensure that each Client Receives an Exceptional and Personalized Client Experience
• Manage Client Inquiries, Oversee the Scheduling of Appointments, and Resolve any Client Concerns to maintain a High Standard of Client Satisfaction
• Lead Daily Team Meetings to update the Team and Discuss the Plan for the Day
• Oversee all aspects of Clinic Operations: Step in where needed and be the ‘Go To’ for the Staff to maintain a Smooth Flow of Services
• Schedule and Oversee ‘Downtime Tasks’ to promote Efficient Workflow and High Team Morale
