Human Resources Manager

We are looking for a Human Resources Professional that will lead our HR team.

Responsibilities

• Implement HR processes utilizing the systems available to maximize Effectiveness and Efficiency
• Coach and Train site management regarding HR Processes and provide HR support in Non-Union and Unionized environments and advise site management on HR issues, discipline, and other HR Processes
• Streamline Recruitment Practices while being ‘Hands-on’ with the Hiring Process
• Support management in addressing and resolving personnel issues
• Develop and Oversee an effective WCB Claim Management Process
• Adherence to the Collective Agreements for 3 separate agreements
• Administration of the established Health and Safety Program and Corresponding Documentation
