Hiring Chef

• Prepare and cook meats, seafood, vegetables, and rice on the teppanyaki grill according to standard recipes
• Perform live cooking presentations and basic teppanyaki techniques (knife skills, flipping, timing, showmanship)
• Ensure food quality, taste, portion control, and presentation meet company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the teppan station, tools, and surrounding area
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times
• Properly store, handle, and rotate ingredients (FIFO)
• Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth and timely service
• Monitor grill temperatures and cooking times to avoid overcooking or waste
• Assist in inventory control and report shortages or spoilage
• Comply with health, safety, and fire regulations
• Uphold company policies, grooming standards, and professional behavior
