The Little Salmon Carmacks First Nation is actively seeking one Citizen member for the Hiring Committee. Candidates should have knowledge of the LSCFN Final & Self Government Agreement, alongside the ability to learn human resource policies. Importance is placed on the commitment to attend meetings and ensure confidentiality throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend all Hiring Committee meetings
• Understand and apply LSCFN's HR policies
• Review and evaluate job applicants
• Follow the Terms of Reference for the Committee
• Maintain confidentiality about hiring decisions
Requirements:
• Familiarity with LSCFN Final & Self Government Agreement
