Job Description
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing through to onboarding.
- Learn to identify, engage, and attract candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and proactive outreach, with guidance from senior consultants.
- Support senior consultants in understanding the company's hiring needs and delivering suitable candidate profiles.
- Assist in creating, posting, and managing job advertisements across multiple platforms to attract the right talent for the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, interviews, and recruitment progress using internal systems.
- Research and stay informed on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and industry developments to better support candidates and the company.
