Roles and Responsibilities
Sales (Disbursement)
Building Portfolio (to achieve Disbursement and POS budget) as per business mandate/ policies
- Bringing No. of Households under Financial Inclusion (Bank's mandate of achieving million HHs)
Managing portfolio (Client Relationship)
Regular Follow up and repayment monitoring to ensure portfolio growth and quality management as per laid down process
To ensure business profitability.
Business conduct & Customer relations
Regular maintenance andfollow upof accounts; achievingthehigh level of customer satisfaction in the area of operations, through reduced transaction costs, faster processing.
Achieving overall business target in Self-help group/ Joint Liability group assets and liability business through a team of Sales officers.
