Hiring for Customer Service Representative

What we need:

• At least 6 months of proven customer support + technical experience and good tenurity (with Telco and ISP exp)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal and written communication ability including active listening, conflict resolution and customer empathy
• Candidate can perform assigned tasks and projects quickly, accurately and expert
• Can start ASAP (Feb 2026)
• Amenable to work on a shifting schedule
• Willing to work on site in McKinley, Taguig
