Adherence to the accepted level of Turn Around Time (TAT) in processing of Loan files

Managing Credit vendors involved in the verification process

Co-ordinating with internal teams like RCU, Operations and Sales in terms of resolving the discrepancies in the processing of loan files

Desired level of portfolio quality and enabling achievement of Branch Business target

Conducting Personal Discussions with Customer to understand his/her financial need, business model, cash flow, end use of funds and collateral related aspects
