Design solution for system components and shared components used by multiple teams/squads, ensuring compliance with the overarching architecture.

1. Collaborate with stakeholders (Business, Technical, Operations, etc.) to define and agree on solutions meeting business, technical, and operational requirements.
2. Develop guidelines and standards for development, programming, collaboration flows (branching model), and API standards, ensuring performance, security, fault tolerance, scalability, and integration.
3. Supervise and support technical teams when necessary.
4. Propose technical options (including database‑related ones) and select the best approach in terms of timeline and quality.

Required Skills:

1. At least 7 years of experience in solution development, IT system deployment, and integration, with a minimum of 5 years in the financial and banking sector. <...
