Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for call center roles (agents to leadership)
• Manage hiring targets, timelines, and recruiter performance
• Partner with Operations to forecast manpower needs
• Drive high-volume hiring strategies and job fair initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company and labor standards
• Analyze hiring metrics and continuously improve recruitment processes

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Hiring Manager / Recruitment Manager in a BPO or call center
• Strong background in high-volume hiring
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Knowledge of Philippine labor and recruitment practices
• Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring goals
