Role Overview
We are hiring an elite HR professional whose core superpower is hiring, testing, and scaling high-performing sales closers.
This role is not administrative HR.
This is a revenue-impact role.
If you have not personally hired, tested, and fired sales closers, this role is not for you.
What You Will Own (End-to-End)
You will own the entire sales hiring machine, including:
Sales closers
SDRs / appointment setters
Account executives
Commission-based & performance sales roles
Your success will be measured by quality of hires, not number of interviews.
