to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately translating patient medical documentation into standardized medical codes for insurance claims. You'll work closely with clients, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve coding-related questions, conduct audits, and ensure documentation accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate patient medical records into accurate medical codes for insurance claims.
• Assign correct ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes for diagnoses, treatments, and procedures.
• Ensure accurate data entry for coding and claims submission in compliance with payer guidelines.
• Support clinic and practice managers in maintaining proper coding and billing practices.
