Job Description

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner  to join an established and highly respected Oncology practice in Salem, Oregon. Join a collaborative team of 9 physicians and 18 APPs in a supportive and appreciative culture with a practice that recognizes the value of work/life balance. 
Overview: 
Flexible schedule: 4-day or 5-day week available  
Average 12-15 patients/day  
Mix of clinic and inpatient responsibilities  
Physician-owned, patient-centered practice  
Must have at least 1 year of clinical experience  
Compensation/Benefits: Salary starting at $130,500+ and additional bonus incentives  
Additional pay for evening call and weekend coverage  
$10,000 commencement bonus  
Relocation allowance for out-of-state providers  
Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and company-paid life insurance  
401k with employer contribution
