Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Senior Software Engineer — Spatial, GIS & Industrial/Mining AI. Though the role can be remote/hybrid you would need to be open to travel to Industrial Sites e.g. Iron Ore Mines occasionally and NCR office.

What you'll bring to the table:

✅ GIS / spatial data — PostGIS, zone mapping, GPS data quality, coordinate systems
✅ Web API & backend — REST/JSON, Python or Node.js, integrating with live data feeds
✅ Database — SQL/PostgreSQL, ability to read and extend unfamiliar schemas
✅ Systems thinking — understanding how OBU hardware, networks, and software connect
✅ Hardware literacy — reading embedded spec sheets, assessing compute headroom
